There's no deal (yet), but Massachusetts Sen. Edward M. Kennedy's staff released details of the big-ticket items that they said have been settled. They warned that the details could change, but it gives an idea of where this super, double-secret group is heading with the bill.

Also keep this in mind: When reporters showed the document to Texas Sen. John Cornyn, one of the Republicans' chief negotiators, he said: "I haven't agreed to anything yet."
