HP TouchPad won't topple Apple iPad
HP intorduced its TouchPad tablet competitor to Apple's iPad and the collection of Android devices. According to CNET, the TouchPad uses Palm's unique WebOS interface, offers Adobe Flash-enabled Web browsing and impressive compatibility with third-party calendar, messaging, and e-mail services.
CNET's Donald Bell says it doesn't quite hold up to the iPad, hampered by the lack of HD video capture, limited apps, and a thick, smudge-prone design.
