How to Synchronize Outlook with Google Calendar

Keep your Outlook and Google calendars in sync with a new Windows utility from Google. The aptly named Google Calendar Sync sits in your system tray and updates the two calendars at specified intervals.

The utility takes all of about 60 seconds to download and configure: You supply your Google username and password, choose a sync option (2-way or 1-way), and decide how often synchronization should take place. Presto, you're done.
