How to Start Selling... From Scratch

I sympathize with you. You're not, of course, identifying a "weakest link" but rather sending out a cry for help with the entire sales process. As far as process goes, the basic Sales Machine posts for you are probably:
Beyond that, you should definitely consider getting some real sales training from a real sales training firm. There are several who offer courses appropriate for "one person" sales department. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with Barry Rhein. His courses aren't too expensive and he covers much of the basic skills you'll probably need.
