How to Navigate Outlook's Modules with Your Keyboard

Outlook users: Still reaching for your mouse every time you want to switch between, say, your calendar and contact list? Sucka. Turns out that by memorizing a few keyboard shortcuts, you can whip around Outlook faster than Superman around the Earth trying to turn back time.

I think the chart is pretty self-explanatory. To switch to e-mail, hit Ctrl-1. For the Journal, hit Ctrl-8. And so on.
