How to Make Adobe Reader Remember Your Page

adobe-reader-setting.jpgIf you work with a lot of PDFs, especially e-books or other lengthy documents, you probably find it annoying that the files always open at page 1, not the last page you were viewing. Blogger Korayem discovered the simple way to enable Adobe Reader 8 to remember your page (as well as the zoom and pan settings): Click Edit > Preferences, choose Documents, and then check the box marked, "Restore last view settings when reopening documents. That's it! Sometimes the best hacks are the simplest ones.

Alas, there's no such setting in Foxit Reader, my preferred Adobe Reader alternative. Anyone know of another PDF viewer that lets you return to your previously viewed page?
