How to E-mail Documents to Docstoc
Remember Docstoc, the "YouTube for documents" service we wrote about last year? It's an online repository for professional documents, one that previously required you to futz with a Web interface to upload your own files. Well, uploading just got easier: Now you can e-mail any document to uploads@docstoc.com and presto, it gets added to your account. (Just make sure it comes from the e-mail address you used to register with Docstoc.)
After Docstoc receives your e-mail, you'll get a reply with a link to your newly converted document (the service turns Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other files into embedded, interactive, Flash-powered Web goodness).
Good stuff? I think so. But I'm curious to know how many of you are using Docstoc (or its main competitor, Scribd) and for what purposes. Hit the Comments and spill your guts! [via TechCrunch]
