How Medicare Payments Will Be Delayed

As of yesterday, doctors are technically to be reimbursed 10.6 percent less than they were the day before for treating Medicare patients. To postpone that from happening, the administration can take advantage of some wiggle room in the law regarding when exactly payments are processed.
