Housing Bill Will Hit The Senate Floor Soon. Again.

Sens. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) announced that they've worked out the kinks on the Senate housing bill and it could go to the Senate floor as soon as today.
