The third season of the critically-acclaimed show recently landed on the streaming network. It follows Underwood as he battles Congress and tries to get his jobs bill passed.

Next up? His first national election. We can only imagine what kind of schemes he may have up his sleeve.

"I think it's interesting worlds we exist in," Spacey recently told Charlie Rose. "On one hand it's a fictional world that we live in -- although journalists do appear...It sort of sets it in reality...And then of course, we have real-world politics, which is very different. But obviously there's a lot of people who like to comment on, 'Well are you trying to say this about the world?' There is a kind of parallel universe happening."

Production on season 4 of "House of Cards" will get underway this summer.
