House Judiciary Subpoenas Documents From Gonzales

The House Judiciary Committee has subpoenaed documents from embattled Attorney General Alberto Gonzales in the ongoing inquiry into the firing of eight U.S. Attorneys, according to a committee spokesman.

“The subpoena seeks information the Department has continued to refuse to provide or has provided only in redacted form,” the spokesman wrote in an email.
