Hot dog vendors in feud "a la cart," one arrested in Albuquerque
(CBS/AP) ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - An Albuquerque hot dog vendor is in hot water allegedly of his own making after police say he rammed his cart into a rival vendor, and ran over his legs and feet.
KOB-TV reports that Eric Kilmer faces a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon - his hot dog cart.
Other vendors told the station that Vincent Montoya, the victim vendor in the case, is seeking a restraining order against Kilmer in this "dogfight," although it's unclear why the two were feuding.
If Kilmer is convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
