Take a social Q&A site like Askville or Yahoo Answers and give it a job-interview slant. The result: InterviewUp, a place where you can ask, answer, and read interview questions. The idea here is to help you find good answers to those really tricky interview questions, like "What would you say to your boss if he's crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks?" In addition to perusing existing questions (and answers), you can post a question of your own (maybe one that tripped you up in an interview) and get notified via e-mail when an answer gets posted.
