The 31-year-old told People magazine that she took out the policy to protect herself and others who appear in "Peepshow," the burlesque show she stars in at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

"I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, 'Why not?', because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars," she said. "I thought I'd cover my assets."

She added, "I think it's kind of funny. I think they're getting the credit they deserve. They're my primary money makers right now."

Madison, who was Hugh Hefner's girlfriend and appeared on "The Girls Next Door," also stars in the reality show "Holly's World," which documents her life in Vegas.
