Help Solve Computer Trouble with Interactive Flowcharts

Unless you're lucky enough to have access to a professional IT staff, you probably end up solving most of your own computer troubles. Heck, half the time I have to fix all of Rick's problems, too, since he thinks the mouse is some sort of foot pedal. You can make your problem solving a little easier, though, with a collection of interactive computer repair flowcharts.

The book and flowchart titles aren't exactly riveting, but they look useful. Each decision is hyperlinked to additional information, so you have access to diagnostic information to help you work your way through each chart and solve your computer problems. And for the most part, it's written in plain English, so o don't have to be a total gearhead -- or enjoy books with titles like "Computer Repair with Diagnostic Flowcharts" to get some value out of these.
