Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson Call it Quits
NEW YORK (CBS) It's over between actors Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson.
The couple has officially ended their engagement, Bilson's rep confirmed Monday.
"Yes, the engagement is off," her rep told People magazine. No details on the breakup were given.
Reports surfaced a few months ago that the couple was on a break.
Distance was reportedly one of the main reasons for the split. Bilson lives primarily in Los Angeles, while Christensen is in Canada.
"It just wasn't working out," a friend of the actress told the magazine.
The pal added that Bilson is "focusing on her career, spending time with her family and just moving forward."
She and Christensen met on the set of the film "Jumper" in 2007, and got engaged in December 2008.
