Haiti Quake Victim "It's a Disaster"

(CBS)
After an earthquake Tuesday rocked Port au Prince, Haiti, radio host Carel Pedrel told CBS News that the streets have "people crying, people bleeding. It's a disaster."

"I see a lot of people on the streets, crying for help," he said. "I know there's a lot of people under the building collapse."

An aftershock hit as he was doing a SKYPE interview with CBS News. "You see right now? There's aftershocking. You see? It's shaking."

Pedrel, the host of a radio show, said, "I got a lot of people coming in here in the radio station crying for help, because we're still on the air."

He's trying to get in touch with people, anyway he can. "I'm using my twitter and Facebook too, to try to get in touch with some people to calm down a little bit.

He said it's "really dark. We cannot expect electricity anytime soon."
