Gisele Bundchen shares photo of daughter Vivian Lake

Meet Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's baby girl.

The supermodel introduced the couple's 9-week-old daughter, Vivian Lake, in a photo posted on her Facebook page Friday.

"Love is everything!!! Happy Friday, much love to all," she wrote.

Bundchen and Brady welcomed Vivian on Dec. 5.

"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," the couple announced at the time. "Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings."

The New England Patriots quarterback, 35, and model, 32, are also parents to son Benjamin, 3. Brady has another son, 5-year-old John, from his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
