Gabrielle Union throws boyfriend Dwyane Wade 30th birthday bash

(CBS) Gabrielle Union threw her man, Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade, a big bash for his 30th birthday on Sunday night at the Setai Hotel in South Beach, near Miami.

The party was filled with celebrities including Usher, Rick Ross, T.I. and many of Wade's Heat teammates. Singer Kelly Rowland serenaded Wade with her own rendition of "Happy Birthday," according to the Huffington Post.

For turning the big 3-0, Wade received a 2012 McLaren MP4-12C, a vintage 1982 bottle of Dom Perignon, and a blinged out Hublot 3000 watch, according to the site.

Union and Wade are on the cover of the February issue of Essence. The two told the magazine they are not rushing into marriage, since they both have been married before.

"We understand that if we choose to marry again, we want it to be right," the couple told Essence.

Wade has two sons with his ex wife Siohvaughn Funches and Union was married to NFL player Chris Howard for five years; the two divorced in 2006.
