Shortly after the shooting, Gabriel Morris fled Oregon with his wife and daughter. They were tracked to San Diego, spotted on surveillance video in Mesa, Ariz., and eventually picked up at the Virginia home of a family they met online.
One of the people in the house became suspicious of Gabriel Morris and looked him up on the Internet. When the person saw him featured on the Web site of "America's Most Wanted," the individual called the police.
A SWAT team surrounded the house and Gabriel Morris was arrested. He was carrying a loaded .45 caliber handgun.
"He didn't run, he cooperated," said 1st Sgt. Kim Chinn, spokeswoman for the Prince William County Police.
