Gabriel Morris, his wife, Jessica Morris, and their 4-year-old daughter, Kalea, were taken into custody in Dumfries, Va., according to the U.S. Marshals Service. An acquaintance tipped off police.

He is wanted in the Feb. 8 shooting deaths of Robin Anstey, 62, and Robert Kennelly Jr., 48, near the Oregon coastal town of Bandon. Two counts of aggravated murder have been filed against Gabriel Morris, while his wife has been sought as a material witness.

Shortly after the shooting, Gabriel Morris fled Oregon with his wife and daughter. They were tracked to San Diego, spotted on surveillance video in Mesa, Ariz., and eventually picked up at the Virginia home of a family they met online.

One of the people in the house became suspicious of Gabriel Morris and looked him up on the Internet. When the person saw him featured on the Web site of "America's Most Wanted," the individual called the police.

A SWAT team surrounded the house and Gabriel Morris was arrested. He was carrying a loaded .45 caliber handgun.

"He didn't run, he cooperated," said 1st Sgt. Kim Chinn, spokeswoman for the Prince William County Police.
