(CBS) PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. - A 17-year-old is behind bars after making threats on Facebook that he was going to shoot up his high school.

CBS Atlanta reports Dustin Wade England has been charged with making terroristic threats after Paulding County authorities said he was posting comments on the social media site about shooting students at Hiram High School.

Cpl. Ashley Henson of the Paulding County Sheriff's Office said England was caught by a Hiram student Tuesday night making the threats online. The student then immediately informed her mother who then called police.

According to police, England told them he made the posts.
