Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, and her two brothers, Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley 26, have been on the run since Aug. 2 after allegedly shooting at a police officer in Florida during a high-speed chase. Then they allegedly  used automatic weapons to rob a bank in Georgia.

Officials believed the three were spotted in Colorado Springs on Tuesday after they attempted to buy camping equipment, reports CBS station KCNC. They were apparently seen in a small white vehicle with the stolen Texas license plate LCS 909. On Wednesday there were unconfirmed reports the Doughtery's were spotted trying to purchase ammunition in Canon City, Colo. Police were pulling surveillance video to try to confirm that report, according to the station.
