Fruit Ninja gets Xbox 360 Kinect upgrade

(CBS) - Slicing fruit in real life can be pretty boring, but slicing digital deliciousness on your Xbox using a karate chop? Now you have my attention!

Enter "Fruit Ninja Kinect," the next-gen upgrade to the popular iPhone video game.

This downloadable Xbox 360 game challenges you to slice and dice fruit as it flies onto your screen, using a ninja sword powered by Microsoft's Kinect motion control.

Though the game is simple, it is well made and manages to entertain in each of the game modes as you try to beat your best score.

"Fruit Ninja Kinect" is available now for Xbox 360. It is rated E for everyone by the ESRB.
