Authorities say Sandusky was arrested and arraigned Wednesday.
The charges were brought after the new accusers were questioned by a grand jury. Both alleged victims participated in Sandusky's Second Mile Charity. One claims he was sexually assaulted in 1997 and the other in 2004.
Sandusky's attorney Joseph Amendola was contacted for a comment, but the call was not immediately returned.
Before these most recent allegations, Sandusky had been accused of sexually abusing 8 victims over a 15-year period. The previous victims were also Second Mile participants.
Sandusky had been free on $100,000 bail. Prosecutors are expected to seek to increase that amount to $500,000.
