CBS/AP

(CBS/AP) HAINES CITY, Fla. - Authorities say they made an arrest Monday in the shooting death of a Florida video store clerk.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office says Jacroy Shamar Waddell has been charged with robbery and first-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Jaime Magana, Jr.

Magana was working at a Video Latino in Haines City on Saturday morning when two men entered the store brandishing a handgun. Video surveillance showed the suspects struggling with Magana and removing cash from the register. They then fled from the scene.

Magana was found dead by a customer.

Deputies arrested Waddell Sunday in Tampa. The second suspect, identified as Jadarius Latra Wilson, is still at large. There is a warrant for his arrest.

According to local station WTVT, many of Magana's former customers have stopped by to pay their respects.

The violent shooting has reportedly shocked the community.

"A lot of people are mad," said customer Virginia Walmsley. "That's all I can say. They're mad and sad."
