(CBS TAMPA) DELTONA, Fla. - A Florida man was arrested after he and a friend entered a Burger King drive-thru in Deltona and tried to order marijuana.

Have it your way? Not exactly, for 32-year-old Shawn Porter.

According to CBS Tampa,  police say Porter and a friend entered the fast food drive-thru last Thursday night, Dec. 1. When the attendant asked them what they wanted, one of the men responded by asking for a "blunt and some herbs," according to Volusia County police.

Once the cashier suspected them of already smoking marijuana, the employee took down the license plate number. About 10 minutes later, police were waiting at the car's registered address, the station reported.

"It's not that it's a major emergency," the Burger King supervisor told authorities. "It's more of a nuisance than anything." The employee added: "I wanted to report their tag number, because they are smoking drugs in their car."

Police said Porter admitted the pair had been smoking pot. They say they found approximately 28 grams of marijuana and a marijuana cigarette in the car's ashtray.

Porter was released on $1,000 bond.
