Fla. attorney wants emergency order for Casey Anthony to appear in civil case
(CBS/WKMG/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - A Florida attorney has filed an emergency motion seeking to require Casey Anthony to give a deposition in the civil suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez, who shares a name with the made-up nanny Anthony said kidnapped her daughter Caylee.

Attorney John Morgan filed the motion Wednesday requiring Anthony attend a deposition either on July 19 or before Sunday's scheduled release from the Orange County Jail.
Morgan is concerned that Anthony will not show up for a scheduled deposition next Tuesday and he wants a judge to force her to appear, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.
Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation. Anthony told investigators her daughter, Caylee, was kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez, but during her murder trial Anthony's defense team admitted the nanny was fictitious, reports the station.
Last week Anthony was acquitted of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter in Caylee's death.
Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Anthony to a total of four years in jail on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement, as well as a fine of $4,000, plus court costs. However, due to credit for time served and good behavior, Anthony is scheduled to be released this Sunday, July 17.
If Anthony is compelled by a judge to give a deposition under oath, it could be the first time she speaks publicly after her acquittal.
It is unclear when a hearing on the motion will be held. Morgan scheduled the hearing for 10 a.m. Friday, but Anthony's attorney said he will not be present.
