'Fight Club' Inspired Starbucks Blast?

New York City police have arrested a teenager in a pre-dawn blast outside a Starbucks Coffee shop.

Police said Wednesday that 17-year-old Kyle Shaw of Manhattan was trying to emulate Brad Pitt's character in the movie "Fight Club" when he planted the explosive on May 25.

Shaw was charged with arson, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon. No one answered his family's phone, and it isn't clear whether he has a lawyer.

The explosion near the Guggenheim museum on Manhattan's Upper East Side shattered the store's windows but caused no injuries.

In the movie, Pitt's character plots explosions to create havoc on corporations.

Police say the suspect picked the site because a Starbucks was a target in the movie.
