Feinstein Introduces Election Reform Bill

Democratic Sens. Diane Feinstein of California and Christopher Dodd of Connecticut introduced legislation Friday requiring states to keep paper records of each ballot cast in federal elections by 2010.

Five states - Delaware, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland and South Carolina - "have no voter-verified paper records," Feinstein said in a release from her office.
