Faith Hill Works With Real Creep
Faith Hill, one of the most popular artists in music, joins forces with one of the most hated guys in the business the Grinch.
Now everyone's favorite Christmas spoilsport is going Hollywood, reports Vh1's Rebecca Rankin. And Faith Hill's music is featured on the soundtrack.
The Grinch is the big screen adaptation of the classic Dr. Seuss holiday story, with Jim Carrey in the title role.
Faith's song Where Are You Christmas? is the first single from the movie's soundtrack.
"I've never recorded a Christmas song, so to have the opportunity to, you know, work with a project like this one, with a story that I grew up with, and with a song that is so beautiful it didn't leave my memory the first time I heard it," said Hill.
The music video transports Hill to Whoville, and the Grinch's mountain lair.
"It's like a little piece of the movie is part of this video and it's very magical. It puts you in the spirit," said Hill.
Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas hits theaters Friday. The soundtrack features songs from other big name artists including Barenaked Ladies, Ben Folds, Smash mouth, and N'Sync. There's even a Busta Rhymes/Jim Carrey duet. The soundtrack is in stores now.
