(CBS) NEW YORK - A Brooklyn  high school teacher accused of having sex multiple times with a 16-year-old student pleaded guilty on Thursday and avoids jail time, according to the New York Post.

Erin Sayar reportedly admitted having sex with the 16-year-old football player at least eight times in her office at James Madison High School and in her SUV. The paper reports the no-jail deal will yank Sayar her teaching license.

The married 37-year-old woman reportedly plied the student with marijuana she kept in her school's office file cabinet.

The affair reportedly came to light last year when the student's 16-year-old girlfriend hacked into the boy's social media account and discovered messages from Sayar saying "I love you so much" and "I always loved you, since last year."

The New York Post reports Sayar's husband divorced her earlier this year.
