The attorney general's office says 19-year-old Kathryn McDonough is scheduled to appear via video in Derry District Court on Wednesday on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and conspiracy to commit hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Authorities say McDonough is the girlfriend of 30-year-old Seth Mazzaglia, who is charged with second-degree murder in connection with Marriott's death. Police said the two knew each other and met while working together at a Target store in New Hampshire.

Marriott disappeared in October and her body has not been found.
