Elisabeth Hasselbeck Joining "Good Morning America"

NEW YORK (CBS) Elisabeth Hasselbeck, co-host of "The View," will be joining the cast of ABC's "Good Morning America," it was announced Friday.

The 33-year-old former CBS "Survivor" star will be participate on the daily morning show as a contributor on family issues, according to published reports.

In a statement released by ABC, Hasselback said she was "thrilled to join the 'Good Morning America' team, and I am thankful for this opportunity to raise awareness and explore the most important issues facing parents and children."

Hasselbeck has been on "The View" since 2003 and is not exiting the program or trading in her position as co-host. She will make her "Good Morning America" debut on Monday, with a report on children and tattoos.
