Sliwinska -- who has appeared on the show since its first season in 2005 -- has confirmed via her Twitter account that she has quit the dancing competition.

"I decided it's time to move on with my life, pursue other projects and finish school," Sliwinska wrote on Monday. "I'm grateful to the show but my life can't be limited to DWTS."

According to TMZ, a conflict of interest was the reason behind her departure. The report claims that Sliwinska was unhappy that the producers didn't make her husband, Season 1 champ Alec Mazo, a bigger part of the show.

Sliwinska, 29, responded to the report and tweeted, "we have different views but that's about it."

Season 11 of "Dancing with the Stars" begins on Sept. 20 on ABC.
