"Duck Dynasty" star John Luke Robertson is engaged
The "Duck Dynasty" family is going to have a wedding to prepare for because there's a new future Mrs. Robertson.
Willie and Korie Robertson's oldest son, John, proposed to his girlfriend, Mary Kate McEacharn, as seen on Mary's Instagram.
John and Mary are celebrating not only their engagement but John's 19th birthday.
John's dad tweeted out this sweet birthday message for him.
John told Us Weekly about why he wants to marry young, "I know my parents married young as well, and they have always been examples of what 'could be' to me. Fast-forward 22 years and they are more in love than ever, and I hope Mary Kate and I are the same way in the years to come. God has truly blessed us."
