(CBS/AP) JOLIET, Ill. - Jurors in Drew Peterson's murder trial asked Wednesday to review several pieces of evidence as they deliberated whether the former suburban Chicago police sergeant murdered his third wife.

Peterson pleaded not guilty to murdering Kathleen Savio in 2004. He was only charged only after his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, disappeared in 2007.

According to the Chicago Tribune, jurors asked to see Drew and Stacy Peterson's phone records for the week of Savio's death. They also asked to see the transcripts of testimony by Savio's divorce attorney, Harry Smith, and Rev. Neil Schori, who testified that Stacy Peterson had told him she lied to police about her husband's actions on the night of Savio's death.

Over defense objections, the judge allowed both testimonies to be read aloud in the courtroom for the jury, reports the Tribune.

In addition, according to the Tribune, jurors asked to see the photographs of Savio's body in the bathtub where she was found and autopsy photos showing bruises and hemorrhaging on the body. The judge reportedly said he would grant their request, again, over defense objections.
