Does Britney Have A New Beau?
Britney Spears has been spotted out and about with someone other than Paris Hilton — music producer Jonathan "JR" Rotem.
The website X17 Online has photos of the pair, in which they appear to be canoodling in public.
Spears, who is sporting new jet black locks, and Rotem were spotted kissing and ended up going to see a movie before going back to his place, the New York Post reported Tuesday.
Rotem, who has produced music for big names such as Rihanna, Snoop Dogg and The Game, worked with Kevin Federline on his debut album, "Playing with Fire," according to his Web site.Photos: Kevin Federline

Earlier this month, Billboard reported that Rotem established his own label, Beluga Heights, which will be distributed and marketed by Epic. The report said Rotem is working with the label's debut artist, Sean Kingston, a Miami rapper.
