"Doctor Who Fan Orchestra" release another crowd-sourced performance

Robin LaPasha, Assistant Co-ordinator for the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra, which we posted about back in July, has pointed out that the crowd-sourced orchestra has a new video up and requested we post it. Well, your wish is our command, Robin!
The latest video from the Doctor Who Fan Orchestra (or "DWFO" for short) is entitled "This Is Gallifrey / Vale Decem". The video was posted by YouTube user socksofbalhoon who write about their latest work:
