NEW YORK (CBS) Uh oh, someone's going home.

The first results show of the season on FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance" was held Thursday night with three contestants dancing for their lives.

The Dizzy Feet Foundation, which show creator and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe co-founded, also got a mention in the show.

The first contestant voted out this season was Alexie Agdeppa, a former Laker Girl, who probably isn't feeling like a "most valuable dancer" this morning.

The other two competitors who were also caught in the danger zone but managed to escape were salsa dancer Cristina Santana and sole tap dancer Melinda Sullivan.

Those dancers spared by viewer votes from having to do solos included frontrunners Alex Wong and Billy Bell. Joining them was early faves Lauren and Kent Boyd as well as Miami breakdancer Jose Ruiz. Robert Roldan, Adechike Torbert and Ashley Galvan also were granted mercy.

The results show featured performances by Usher and the Broadway cast of "Come Fly Away" and the premiere of the new Justin Bieber music video.
