Did Olivier Martinez propose to Halle Berry?
(CBS) Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry is reportedly engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez. The two met on the set of the thriller "Dark Tide," which comes out later this year.

US Weekly is quoting sources who say Martinez, who turns 46 today, popped the question during the holidays. People magazine, quoting a rep for jewelry designer Gurhan, reported that he gave her a one-of-a-kind diamond and emerald ring.
This would be the third marriage for Berry, 45, who won a Best Actress Oscar in 2002 for "Monster's Ball." She previously was married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet and has a three-year-old daughter, Nahla, with model Gabriel Aubrey.
She and Aubry engaged in a bitter custody battle after their breakup in 2010.
