Did Ex-Rep. Melissa Hart Abandon Her Car in the Congressional Garage?

Former Rep. Melissa Hart (R-Penn.), who is now registered as a lobbyist, appears to have left her car in the parking garage for some time, possibly for years, the Daily Caller reports. Besides being covered with soot and crass messages, the car may pose a problem since congressional rules prohibit former members who work as lobbyists from using the garage.
Hart represented Pennsylvania's 4th district through 2006 but lost her re-election bid that year. She now reportedly chairs the Pittsburgh-based law firm Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch's government relations practice.
Hart did not respond to the Daily Caller's inquiries about the car, but there are a number of signs the white Jetta belongs to her: among other things, it has a bumper sticker from her alma mater, an expired Pennsylvania license tag and a "109th Congress" dashboard sign.
