Demi Moore checks out of rehab: Report
(CBS) Demi Moore has reportedly checked out of rehab.
Sources told E! News the actress has left the Cirque Lodge in Utah and is now "on vacation" at an undisclosed location.
"She's in no rush to get back to L.A.," a source said. "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people."
Moore was hospitalized on Jan. 23. In a 911 call released from that evening, a woman tells emergency operators that the actress smoked something similar to incense and was convulsing. The caller also said Moore had been "having issues lately."
At the time of her hospitalization, a rep for Moore said she was seeking professional help to "treat her exhaustion and improve her health."
