Debate over Kant, philosophy, ends in gunfire

Immanuel Kant, 18th century German philosopher, was reportedly at the root of an argument that led to gunfire between two men waiting to buy beer Wikipedia
(CBS/AP) MOSCOW - Two men were in line to buy beer at a small store in southern Russia when they apparently got into a heated argument over the ideas of the 18th century German philosopher Immanuel Kant.

The debate ended in gunfire between the two.

Kant we all just get along?

A police spokeswoman in Rostov-on Don said the men, both in their 20s, were discussing Kant (perhaps his best-known "Critique of Pure Reason"?) - when their conversation deteriorated into a fistfight, and one of them pulled out a small non-lethal pistol and fired repeatedly.

The victim was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening.

It was not clear which of Kant's ideas may have triggered the violence.

Couldn't they have just settled it with "Call of Duty"?
