Dave Bugliari and Alyssa Milano latest to join Hollywood's baby boom

(CBS) Could there be something in the water in Hollywood?

A number of celebrity couples in recent weeks have announced they are expecting, and the latest to join the mom-to-be club is Alyssa Milano, who announced Tuesday that she is expecting her first child with husband Dave Bugliari.

Others who announced pregnancies recently are: Jessica Alba, Ivanka Trump, Alicia Silverstone, Selma Blair, Kate Hudson, Tia Mowry, Jewel, Victoria Beckham, Marion Cotillard and Jane Krakowski - and those are just the ones from January and February.
