Crook's "to do list" included burglary, get drugs, do something nice for someone, say Mass. cops

Evan Dorsey CBS Boston

(CBS) WEYMOUTH, Mass. - Here's what police in one Boston suburb say was on the "to do list" of 25-year-old Evan Dorsey for last Friday:

Find crystal meth, get a gold watch, do a B&E or rob a dealer, sell drugs, get coke, and do one altruistic act for a stranger.

After all, you don't want to be too self-centered.

According to CBS Boston, police in Weymouth, Mass. arrested Dorsey Friday allegedly breaking into a home (there's the B&E) and stealing from a UPS package. They say when they searched the suspect they found a notebook on him that contained "goals for Friday 3/24/13" (Yes, Friday was actually 3/22, but that's rather a fine point).

At the time of his arrest, Dorsey reportedly had a blackjack - aka billy club - diabetic supplies that were allegedly taken from the UPS box and two dozen assorted pieces of jewelry. Police say he also had no explanation of where the jewelry came from.

According to CBS Boston, police suspect Dorsey broke into other homes as well. Two people called police to report that Dorsey had been going door- to-door saying he was conducting a survey about the opening of a marijuana dispensary.

Dorsey was being held on $5,000 bail.

He might want to add something to that "to do list."
