Create Free Online Polls with ProProfs

Polls are a great way to interact with customers and co-workers alike. If your audience is within reach of Outlook, you can always ask a question and embed some voting buttons. But if you are looking for a more flexible solution, ProProfs Polls lets you generate free online polls and share them in social networks or your Web site.

ProPros makes it super easy to craft a single-question poll, add any number of responses, and optionally permit free-form comments. You can allow the poll to be posted publicly, or you set it to private so only people with the URL can answer your question. And finally, ProProfs makes it easy to embed your poll on your Web site or virtually any social networking site you can think of.

There are a few goodies on ProProfs that I haven't seen elsewhere. You can add images and video to your poll question, for example, and the poll results page shows you a Google Maps view of where your responses came from.

If you are looking for a full-on survey, then check out Zoomerang, which I discussed last month. But for quick and dirty polls, or conversation starters with your customers, ProProfs is a good alternative.
