Cops: Man stabbed at Mo. White Castle in beer dispute
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Authorities in St. Louis are looking for a suspect who stabbed a man at a White Castle restaurant after getting into a argument with an employee over having beer at their location, according to CBS affiliate KMOV.
Police reportedly said the suspect walked into the establishment early Tuesday morning holding a beer. An employee then asked the man to leave but he started harassing the employee instead.
Another man stepped in to help the employee once the suspect became irate and the three got into a physical altercation. The suspect then allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed the second man in the head.
The 57-year-old victim was reportedly taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports police described the suspect as a black man, about 5’9’’ tall, 180 pounds, between 40 to 45 years old and about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket, dark-hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
An investigation is ongoing.
