(CBS/AP) ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Maryland police say an 11-year-old who got through a gap in a fence helped a man steal copper pipes from a school construction site, and they were both arrested, CBS Baltimore reported.
A neighbor of the Annapolis Elementary School tipped off police last Friday. They say they found the man and the boy bending pipes and sticking them under the fence.
The school is undergoing a $20 million renovation.
