(CBS/AP) Gallagher's manager announces that the comedian has been released from the hospital where he was treated for a minor heart attack.

Gallagher, 64, collapsed in the midst of a show on Thursday night at Whiskey Bone's Roadhouse in Rochester, Minn.

Manager Craig Marquado says Gallagher was released Sunday morning from St. Mary's Hospital, which is part of the Mayo Clinic. He stated that the comedian was heading home to Los Angeles to see his own doctors and should resume performing once he feels up to it. This is not the comedian's first health issue. Marquado said Gallagher had suffered a heart attack about 10 years ago.

Gallagher, whose real name is Leo Anthony Gallagher, is known for using a sledgehammer to smash watermelons.
