Clinton Heads To Battleground Ohio For Obama

Hillary Clinton beat Barack Obama by eight points in Ohio, and now she's headed back there to help Obama beat back a surging McCain-Palin ticket.

Clinton's office just released her weekend schedule, which takes her to Akron and Lorain, a critical sliver of northeastern Ohio where Obama has shown weakness and Clinton demonstrated major strength during the primary season.

"Sen. Clinton will talk about the Obama-Biden plan to strengthen Ohio’s economy and stand up for America’s forgotten working families, in contrast with the McCain-Palin platform to offer four more years of the failed policies of the Bush Administration," Obama's campaign said.

Clinton has spent a lot of time campaigning for Obama in Florida, but an Obama win in the Sunshine State is looking less likely, so they've trained their guns on Ohio.
